Bear Complex

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Complete 7 sets of the complex for 1 round. Do 5 rounds increasing the load per round. Rest between rounds as needed.

Finisher

4 x 200m runs

Rest 60sec between each run

Post max load of complex to comments.
