15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
50m Sprint
then
Part B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 42.5/30
8 Lateral Burpees
Males and females work separately in Part A, in Part B males and females working together.
