WOD – MONDAY

S1: Front Squat
3-3-3-3 @ 80%

S2: Front Squat
1×3 @ 80%, 2×2 @ 85%, 2×1 @ 90%

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

8 Hang Power Clean 70/50
16 Kettlebell Snatch 24/16
60 Double Unders

Then

800m Run

Post load and rounds to whiteboard.
