30 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 40/30
40 Push Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
60 Sit Ups
70 Burpees
80 Push Press 40/30
90 Jumping Lunges
One person working at a time, reps can be broken up as you wish for each movement. At the end of each movement one person will run 150m before they can start on the next.
