3 Ring Dips
30 Double Unders
6 Squat Cleans 60/40
6 Ring Dips
30 Double Unders
9 Squat Cleans 60/40
9 Ring Dips
30 Double Unders
12 Squat Cleans 60/40
12 Ring Dips…etc
