WOD

WOD – FRIDAY

Complete 3 rounds of:

Pull Ups
Box Jumps
Sit Ups
Air Squats
Shuttle Run

Each station will be 40 seconds of work then 20 seconds of rest before moving to the next station. This will be for a total of 3 rounds. Each repetition will count as 1 point.

Post total reps for each of the 3 rounds to comments.
