Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

Row 250m
100m Kettlebell Carry 24/16
15 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Overhead Squats 30/20

Performance

4 sets of:
2 Push Press + 2 Push Jerk

For Time:

3 rounds of:
10 Power Snatch 50/35
15 Handstand Push Ups

3 rounds of:
20 Pistol Squats
5 Snatches 50/35
