Holiday Hours 2017 – Members Only

Thursday 28th – Open Gym: 5am to 8am and 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Friday 29th – Open Gym: 5am to 8am and 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturday 30th – Partner WOD: 7am
Sunday 31st – Closed
Monday 1st – Closed
Tuesday 2nd – Normal Hours

FITNESS AND PERFORMANCE

Complete as many rounds in 16 minutes of:

20 Push Press 40/27.5 – 50/35
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
20 Box Jump Overs
20 Dumbbell Snatch 20/12.5 – 30/20
