Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

200m Run
6 Pull Ups
9 Dumbbell Box Step Overs 20/10
200m Run
9 Pull Ups
12 Dumbbell Box Step Overs 20/10
200m Run
12 Pull Ups
15 Dumbbell Box Step Overs 20/10…and so on
