EMOM for 8 minutes 3 reps @ 60%

Complete as many reps as possible in the 10 minute ladder of:

3 Pull Ups
2 Front Squat 92.5/65
6 Pull Ups
4 Front Squat 92.5/65
9 Pull Ups
6 Front Squat 92.5/65
12 Pull Ups
8 Front Squat 92.5/65…… etc

Post load and reps to the whiteboard.
