Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 50/35
12 Box Jumps
40 Double Unders
then
5 mins of Thrusters 20/15
Partner A will start the SDHP then once finished tag Partner B for them to complete 10 reps of SDHP. Once Partner B finishes the SDHP then Partner A can then start the Box Jumps, this format will then proceed throughout the workout.
