“Tabata Something Else”
Pull Ups (Burpees or Box Jumps as a substitute)
Push Ups
Sit Ups (Butterfly)
Squats
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pullups, the second 8 intervals are pushups, the third 8 intervals are situps, and the last 8 intervals are air squats. There is no rest between exercises. Score total reps for all rounds to the whiteboard. Demo video above.
