WOD – PARTNER SATURDAY

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

600m Run

16 Box Jumps
14 Hand Release Push Ups
12 Dumbbell Snatches 25/15

One Person is running while the other person is completing rounds of Box Jumps, Hand Release Push Ups, and Dumbbell Snatches, you will then switch when the person on the run has finished the 600m.
