5-5-5-5-5-5 Increasing

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

3 Deadlifts 60/40
3 Lateral Burpees
3 Box Jumps
6 Deadlifts 60/40
6 Lateral Burpees
6 Box Jumps
9 Deadlifts 60/40
9 Lateral Burpees
9 Box Jumps.. and so on

PERFORMANCE
