Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

50 Double Unders
15 Shoulder to Overhead 35/25

PERFORMANCE

Split Squat

Push Press
1-1-1-1-1 Increasing

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

400m Run
20 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40
60 Double Unders
