In teams of 3
Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
400m Run
9 Burpees
15 Toes to Bar
21 Air Squats
1 person will run while the 2 other team members work through the movements completing as many rounds as possible. They will alternate each run keeping the same order.
