Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

15 Air Squats
12 Box Jump Overs
9 Pull Ups
6 Burpee Box Jumps
200m Run

Performance

Back Squat

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

9 Dumbbell Squat Clean 25/15
15 Deadlift 105/75
21 Burpees
