Every 90secs 5 reps for 5 sets

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts 50/35
10 Push Press 50/35
15 Box Jumps

Performance

Deadlift
2-2-2-2-2 Increasing (Reset)

Barbell Glute Bridge
3 x 5 (Heavier than last week)

Complete 6 rounds for time of:

12 Box Jumps
6 Hang Clean Thrusters 50/35
