Push Jerk
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes perform 3 reps increasing in weight

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

200m Run
8 Dumbbell Deadlifts 15/10
12 Dumbbell Walking Lunges 15/10
9 Pull Ups
