In our Weightlifting sessions we work with the athletes on the fundamentals of weightlifting and improving the full movement lifts of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. When the athletes have learnt the fundamentals we develop the strength and help the lifter improve to a standard which translates over to our Fitness and Performance programs. When these lifts are performed with minimal effort in the workout with the upmost technique the other key elements of the workout can be performed with more ease meaning faster times and a more complete athlete.
