What is CrossFit?
CrossFit combines constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. We train for the unknown and unknowable—our specialty is not specializing. Workouts are scalable for all ages and fitness levels by adjusting load and intensity.
We focus on proper technique and use a mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics, and a variety of drills to provide diverse challenges and results. The supportive, community-driven atmosphere is what makes CrossFit truly unique.
