For Time: (20min Cap)

300m Run
10 Front Rack Lunges
10 Toes to Bar
300m Run
20 Front Rack Lunges
20 Toes to Bar
300m Run
30 Front Rack Lunges
30 Toes to Bar
300m Run
40 Front Rack Lunges
40 Toes to Bar
300m Run
50 Front Rack Lunges
50 Toes to Bar

Post completed time or total reps completed at the 20 minute mark.

We’ll also be running the WOD Cullen in the 8am session in remembrance for Justin Cullen.

“Cullen”

24 Minute AMRAP (Justin’s age)

7 Bar Muscle Ups (J’s favourite number and movement, birthday date is 12th but 7 was his #)
3 Snatches (anyhow) 80kg/55kg (J’s Birth Month and 2nd Favourite movement)
91 Double Unders (J’s Birth Year and because 91 anything else’s would be terrible)
