WOD – MONDAY

We are closed today for the Queens Birthday. Here is a workout that can be completed at home.

In 10 minutes complete as many Burpees in the ladder of:

20m Shuttle Run 5 Burpees
40m Shuttle Run 10 Burpees
60m Shuttle Run 15 Burpees
80m Shuttle Run 20 Burpees
100m Shuttle Run 25 Burpees…etc

Shuttle run will be, in the first round 20m up and 20m back, second round 40m up and 40m back and so forth.

Post total Burpees to comments.
