Complex
Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
12 minutes to work up to a heavy single

Complete as many reps of the ladder in 9 minutes of:

1 Rope Climb
2 Power Clean 70/50
3 Front Squat 70/50
2 Rope Climb
4 Power Clean 70/50
6 Front Squat 70/50
3 Rope Climb
6 Power Clean 70/50
9 Front Squat 70/50….etc

Post load and rounds to the whiteboard.
