200m Medball Carry
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 30/20
15 Butterfly Sit Ups

Performance

Back Squat
1@75%, 1@80%, 1@85% 6×1@90%

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:

65 Double Unders
20 Pistol Squats
10 Handstand Push Ups

Rx+ Strict Handstands
