6 Front Rack Lunges + 4 Burpees

For Time:

Row 750m
15 Hang Clean and Jerk 50/35
25 Pull Ups
10 Hang Clean and Jerk 50/35
20 Pull Ups
5 Hang Clean and Jerk 50/35
15 Pull Ups

Performance

Front Squat
4×5 @80-85%

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Push Press 50/35
10 Box Step Ups 50/35
5 Bar Muscle Ups

Post load and scores to the whiteboard.
