Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
12 Hand Release Push ups (KB Touch)
9 Wall Balls

Performance

Back Squat

Rest 1 minute between sets

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

25 Deadlifts 60/40
50 Wall Balls
25 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40
25 Box Jumps
