In our 60-minute Fitness program you will be exposed to simple barbell movements along with body weight movements. You’ll focus on building foundational strength coupled with a high intensity conditioning workout.
With the movements in our Fitness programming being less complex, the intensity of the workouts can be kept relatively higher and often longer in duration. If you’re looking at being lean, fit, healthy, and strong these sessions are perfect for you.
