What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We believe in training for the unknown and unknowable and our specialty is not specializing. Our programs are designed for scalability and apply to all individuals regardless of age or fitness; we accomplish this by varying the load and intensity of the workout. We emphasize functional movements with correct technique. We utilize bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics and a huge variety of drills to provide varied stimulus to get results. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie making CrossFit very unique.
The best way to understand CrossFit is to come in and try it for yourself!
