Our 3 session Elements Course is designed to form the foundational skills for any new comers wanting to join our Fitness and Performance programs. We emphasise developing the correct and safe movements through detailed instruction across the basics found in those programs. Having a sound understanding of technique makes the transition into the classes much easier and builds a stable platform for your health and fitness journey.
We advise completing the 3 Elements sessions if you’re new to the gym. These classes are held on Monday / Wednesday at 6:30pm and Friday at 5:30pm and are by appointment only.
